@Prometheus: Well the thing is though, the fact that you are already using 2 weapons will already give you Attack power and agility, that's where pa**ive bonuses would be a fault. It all depends on what exactly the bonuses and weaknesses would come down to I guess.
@Cyberkilla: The initial idea that came to mind with all these item updates, you could effectively have multiple sets if you can manage it. If I'm seeing it right. You could have an item set solely built for PvP, gem or itemize for agility - attack - dodge - crit etc. Or you can switch to PvE, which gives you more turns - credits - exp per hour, which could also serve as a offline set, maximizing your growth etc while your away. Also even a Raiding set, build for maximum Attack - agility - HP... whilst ignoring the things that don't factor in as much. I guess, just a rough idea I was planning if the items and socketing turn out the way I'm thinking they will.

One awful (for trash items, quest keys, etc.), two kinda bad, three good, and finally, two excellent quality. That'll do. The names might change, but then again, they're not too objectionable. |

And perhaps quality names indicating how good the item is compared to min/max of that same item. Loading... ██████████████] 99% Defeated JackkDanialz (lvl 204) at lvl 139 on 17.07.2011! And perhaps quality names indicating how good the item is compared to min/max of that same item. I think people might find that confusing. The prospect of a single item having many different stats depending on the individual instances, would make it hard to price an item/determine its worth in general. |
