1) Skills:
Can we have an option to have all the skills on one page? It takes about 20 seconds to cast all the skills I want and I don't have that kind of patience. It's really just an inconvienence.
2)Confirmations:
"Skill Cast Successfully, please wait while being redirected"
Don't really want to wait 
Maybe an option in prefrences to remove the confirmations and just auto direct? It would solve the skills problem.
3) "View Trade Block"
A new link on the dropdown of each profile that says the above so people can automatically view someones TB without having to run the search for their name. Also a tag that costs points in the shoutbox would be good for people advertising stuff.

Isn't there already a "View Trade Block" link in the dropdown box of each profile? It's under the "About This Player" section on the dropdown. Unless you're thinking of something else and I just misread your post. 
And with regards to the skills page, I agree on all points. It is possible to add filtering by ALL, and by status (ready, cooldown, active).There is a fresher skills page already done, waiting to roll in on the same wave as the World Builder. Everything you said is reasonable, and I'll make note of it. There isn't much effort involved to add a Show All filter.
There *should* already be a menu item for the trading block on player profiles.
