Kaizers Orchestra (alternative rock)
My all time favourite norwegian band. Sing in a norwegian dialect. One of the worlds top best live performers (I've only seen them live 4 times.. My sister who is a music journalist has seen them 18 times live!). Too bad they split up.. But we can still enjoy their music

Susanne Sundfør (singer songwriter with som electronic vibes)
What a voice! She has a developed a unique style in music and she plays the piano/keyboard. She did a collaboration with Røyksopp (recommended earlier in this thread by Lessa)

Donkeyboy (synthpop)
Upbeat and fun to dance to music. I started listening to them as soon as I heard their break-through song "Ambitions". I want to share with you "City Boy" which is a song I feel defines Donkeyboy and their type og music:

Skambankt (hard rock)
One of Kaizers Orchestra's guitarists, is lead singer in this band. Skambankt translated to english means "beaten up". They also sing in a norwegian dialect.
