coltongrondy has not been on... I will start paying people, first by returning their bets, but I don't think I have enough myself to pay everybody their winnings...

if he doesn't come on, I will eventually have to pay everyone myself...

Ah, yeah, that's the unfortunate part regarding bets - the contestants can miss, skip, disappear, vanish, quit, retire, get ill, have their internet cut off, get banned... have a giant piano smashing into their heads while walking peacefully across town...
