What is FutureRP
FutureRP is a Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). It is entirely browser-based. Our population is increasing each day.
Set in the future, you create your own character, fight, explore, wage wars! There are many weapons, shields, and rare artefacts to find! You can trade your supplies with other players, and collect complete item sets for bonus power!
Create guilds of like-minded players, for extra power/security. In addition, there are quests and adventures to complete, hundreds of creatures to talk to, and monsters to kill for their treasures!

Successfully Migrated to Docker Containers
We've been working on modernising the codebase and deploying it inside of Docker containers, to speed up development.
This is all finished and live now; hopefully more bugs have been fixed than have been created, but either way, let us know in the forums.
New player-facing features will start appearing in the coming weeks, now that this blocker is finally complete.
Daily Login Streaks and Holiday Mode
Just a quick update: using holiday mode will now pause your daily login streak counter until you return.
Previously it was not respecting holiday mode and clearing entirely.
Server Migration Completed
Just a quick update: last night, we migrated to new, substantially more powerful, dedicated server hardware, to give us room to grow and to dispense with the performance overheads of cloud providers.
This also marks a return to the original datacentre that the game has spent the majority of its life at; it is fitting that we return to it now, when everything is looking positive again.
We've also upgraded to HTTP2, which also brings performance and latency improvements.
We are excited to see what the next few months have in store for the game.
