I'll have to think about this. The images are clearly copyrighted, but if the items are regarded like profile pictures, some kind of fair use policy might protect them.
I'm not too sure though.
There will be more items in the game. I know I keep saying that, but it is imperative that I work on this content deficiency
Things will begin to change over this week and next. I'll be posting on the development blog about it at some point too.
