Stupidly, I figured out a way to keep quality and have a good size.

Firstly create a picture and save it as .png format.

Then open the png up in photoshop (Or photo editor of your choice)

Then save it a .jpg, worked for me for someone picture ( I think Chaos King [With space])

Did I forget to mention I'm using a Mac? XD
