Skills are limited by skill points -- you need skill points to learn the skills, but there are only a finite number of skill points to acquire. Alternatively, it could be possible to get skill points by other means.
A complete skill reset should be possible via an Upgrade Centre option.
Skill ideas and notes (unorganised)
- Theft skill, to increase/enable the chance of stealing money from a user’s bank.
- Evade skill, to enable repeat attacks, decrease attack timeframe, etc.
- Enable repeat attacks against NPCs; reduce personal respawn time.
- Skill to block incoming negative skill casts.
- Skill to reduce/disable target receiving guild help during attacks.
- Skill to increase the drop chance of items on treasure lists (large cooldown).
- Add/remove from the base attributes (many combinations are possible).
- Skill to reduce/disable losing credits during incoming attacks? (akin to Honour skill).
- Skill to reduce the cooldown time of other skills?
- Skill to block the target from casting skills on themselves (and others)?
- Skill to block the target from joining any raids.
- Skill to block the target from collecting bounties.

Unsorted Skill Ideas
- Evasion - reduces the attack timeout to 3 hours whilst the skill is active.
- Bank Theft - increases the change of stealing Credits from enemy bank accounts during attacks.
- Bank Protection - decreases the chance of losing banked Credits during attacks.
- Bank Theft Booster - increases the amount stolen from enemy bank accounts during successful bank theft attacks.
- Grind - reduces the personal timeout between attacking NPCs whilst the skill is active.
