Funny you should ask. Out of curiosity, literally yesterday, I tried to log in. Can't remember my pa**word and I lost access to that old email address a long long time ago.
So.. RIP account.
Tempted to start a new one, but I feel like I'd be doing it as a procrastination method from work. 
How is it now? Must have changed from like... 10ish years ago?
I tried Runescape Cla**ic after not playing it since the 00's... I actually managed to complete the tutorial island.
Only took 15 years

Standard RS got bad in about 2012 when they overhauled the combat system. However, they've since released "Old School Runescape" which is the game as it existed in 2007 which was before the game started taking a downturn. I play that exclusively. The standard version is far too easy for my liking now.
If anyone does make an account or already has has one, give me a shout. My RSN is Mightyafro, same as here.
wow !! I just got back in RS. Here not too long ago. I set a new pa**wd. to a dusty memory of a char. old Runescape cut my teeth on .
Went into membership for a short time under sledgmage..Banned? possibly . language issues lol<dsl modem>.Went in again This year.<wow, they were just building this up when I left. Grand forum was newest addition.>
